Seller-Doer Training – Provided quarterly business development training for environmental engineering firm headquartered in Orlando, FL. Program was built around full-day sessions, delivered at two locations within the firm’s geographic footprint. The company has more than 800 employees and annual revenues in excess of $80 million. Training focus was for front-line technical staff to elevate their business development skills to generate more repeat business and allow the company’s dedicated business developers to focus on new client acquisition. 

Business Development Training – Provided half-day business development training program at the Society of American Military Engineers (SAME) Joint Engineer Training Conference on behalf of SMPS. Worked with principals, regional managers, and marketers to enhance their BD skill set while also educating about new sales approaches being employed by AEC firms.
