Assisted in creation of a new business development training program to be delivered by in-house Subject Matter Experts. Developed 12-month program comprising major quarterly training and lunch-and-learn check-ins in between. Reviewed materials as they were developed and made recommendations for improvements and other resources. Facilitated several introductions to external professionals to serve as guest speakers.
