Strategic Business Development Retreat & Training – Facilitated a strategic planning retreat for a 200-person environmental and geotechnical firm serving the mid-Atlantic region. Focus was creating seller-doer model for business development as the firm was facing a major transition – after more than 20 years as an MBE, they were soon graduating the program(s), and half their annual volume has traditionally come as a result of the MBE status. Also provided business development training to 45 technical staff members to enhance their skills and educate on common techniques employed by seller-doers
